Recon Digital Night Vision Monoculars  

 

The Pulsar Recon range offer some of the most compact, ergonomic and high spec digital night vision devices available on the market.

 

The major benefit of using digital night vision devices over image intensifier tube models is that they cannot be damaged by bright lights likely to be encountered at night, such as car headlights or street lights. All models will perform at their best with the aid of high power IR illuminators. (805nm wavelength is optimal for night vision) permits the device to operate in total darkness.

 

Optionally you may use additional more powerful infrared illuminators with the Recon, including a covert 'invisible' version (940nm) The Recon has a specially designed mount combining weaver and quarter inch standards to affix various accessories. All models are fitted with a video in/out socket enabling connection of peripheral equipment. It functions both in video out and video in mode. Video out mode allows a connection to a monitor or via a digital recorded without use of adaptors and camcorders or cameras. Video in mode can be employed to transmit images via digital recorder or radio channel from remote cameras to the recon's display.
