Allows unit to pivot in the direction of use to give extended life and securely attaches to belts up to 58mm (2.1/4") wide or trousers / skirts. Possible applications would include: attaching to craft knives, torches, 2-way radios, mobile phones, tools and keys.

Locking Mechanism, allows keys to be locked at any extension length.
